Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026. These terms apply to the BuzzMi Android app and buzzmi.in.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and GOLD9 HERITAGE (“BuzzMi”, “we”, “us”) for the BuzzMi Android app (package com.buzzmi.android) and the website at buzzmi.in. By creating an account, booking a shoutout, accepting an order, or otherwise using BuzzMi, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BuzzMi.
If you use BuzzMi for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. These terms are governed by the laws of India. See section 16.
2. What BuzzMi is
BuzzMi is a marketplace. Fans, brands, and businesses can discover creators and book a paid shoutout or similar promotion, mainly on YouTube. BuzzMi provides the app, order flow, payment collection, and related support.
BuzzMi is not the creator of the shoutout, is not your agent, and does not guarantee views, subscribers, sales, or any business result. The creative work is between the buyer and the creator. YouTube, Google, and other platforms have their own rules, which you must follow separately.
3. Who can use BuzzMi
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
- BuzzMi is not for children. We may close an account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
- You must use your own identity. Impersonation, shared logins used to hide who is acting, and fake creator profiles are not allowed.
- The service is offered for users in India, with prices in Indian rupees, unless we say otherwise in the app.
4. Accounts
- You must give accurate name, email, and phone details, and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google or email sign-in secure.
- One person should not run several accounts to evade a suspension, a fee, or a review.
- We may refuse, limit, or ask you to verify an account if we need to prevent fraud or meet payment-partner rules.
5. Bookings
A booking is an order placed in the app for a creator to publish a shoutout or similar promotion as described in the brief.
- The buyer must give a lawful, accurate brief before payment.
- The price shown in the app at checkout is the price for that order, plus any fee the app shows before you pay.
- Payment must be completed before the creator is required to start.
- The creator must deliver the agreed shoutout and submit proof in the app within 72 hours of payment, unless the order shows a different deadline.
- Proof can include a public link or a screenshot showing the shoutout was published as agreed.
- We do not promise a minimum number of views, likes, comments, or subscribers. Audience size on a profile is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
6. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide a clear brief: what to say, what not to say, links, and any deadline that is shorter than the default.
- Do not ask a creator to make false claims, hide that the shoutout is paid, or break YouTube or other platform rules.
- Do not book shoutouts for illegal products, scams, adult sexual content, hate, or anything listed in section 9.
- Review delivery proof in the app. If the shoutout was published as agreed, the order is complete and is generally not refundable.
- If delivery does not match the brief, report it in the app or email support@buzzmi.in within 48 hours of proof being submitted, with a short explanation.
7. Creator responsibilities
- Keep profile details truthful, including handle, niche, price, and audience or subscriber figures. Do not buy fake subscribers, fake views, or bots to look larger than you are.
- Accept only orders you can deliver. If you cannot deliver, decline or tell the buyer and BuzzMi before the deadline so the order can be cancelled and the buyer refunded.
- Publish the shoutout as described in the brief, on the platform the order specifies, and submit proof within the deadline.
- Follow YouTube’s terms and community guidelines, and any advertising-disclosure rules that apply to paid promotions in India, including a clear indication that the shoutout is a paid promotion when the law or the platform requires it.
- Do not delete a paid shoutout immediately after proof is submitted in order to dodge the buyer. If you must take it down because the platform removed it, tell BuzzMi.
- Payouts are sent to the bank account you add in the app. You are responsible for giving correct account-holder name, account number, and IFSC, and for any tax you owe on creator income.
8. Payments, fees, and refunds
- Payments are collected in INR through Razorpay. By paying, you also accept Razorpay’s payment terms to the extent they apply to the transaction.
- Funds for an order are held according to the status shown in the app and are released to the creator after delivery is accepted, or after the review window closes without a valid dispute, unless we are required to refund the buyer.
- BuzzMi may charge a service fee on an order or on a creator payout. Any fee that changes what you pay or receive is shown in the app before you confirm.
- A refund is available if the creator does not deliver as agreed, the order is cancelled before delivery, or we confirm a material mismatch with the brief. Completed orders that were delivered as agreed are not refundable.
- If a payment is charged back or reversed by a bank, we may pause payouts, recover the amount from the relevant account, or suspend booking until it is resolved.
- We may delay a payout if we need to check fraud, a dispute, or incorrect bank details.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use BuzzMi to:
- Promote anything illegal in India, including fraud, scams, gambling that is not lawful, unlicensed financial schemes, or counterfeit goods.
- Promote adult sexual content, sexual services, or child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our child safety standards apply, and we report illegal material where the law requires it.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, or publish hate or violent extremist content.
- Mislead viewers about a product, a result, or that a promotion is independent when it is paid.
- Spam, scrape the app, probe or attack our systems, or try to get around payment so a booking happens off-platform in order to avoid fees after an introduction on BuzzMi.
- Inflate reach with bots, fake accounts, or bought engagement.
We may remove content, cancel an order, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. For a serious or repeated breach, fees already earned by the platform may be kept, and an unpaid or disputed payout may be held while we review it.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of briefs, profile text, photos, and shoutout videos you create. You give BuzzMi a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share that content as needed to run the marketplace, show proof of delivery, and handle a dispute. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute records, and except for a shoutout already published on YouTube or another platform (that copy is controlled by that platform and by you).
You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. Do not upload someone else’s photo, music, or trademark unless you have permission.
11. Reviews and reports
Reviews must describe a real order. We may remove a review that is abusive, irrelevant, or posted to extort a refund. Reporting a user does not by itself decide a refund. We look at the brief, proof, and order record.
12. Suspension, closure, and deletion
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates fraud or safety risk, or is required to be closed by law or by a payment partner. We will tell you by email or in the app when we can do so without tipping off abuse or breaking the law.
You may delete your own account in the BuzzMi app (Profile or Settings, then Delete account) or by using the account deletion page. Open orders must be finished or cancelled first. After deletion you lose access. Some payment records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Our intellectual property
The BuzzMi name, logo, app, and website design belong to GOLD9 HERITAGE or its licensors. You may not copy the app, use our brand to imply a partnership, or reverse engineer the service except where the law does not allow that restriction.
14. Disputes between users
If a buyer and a creator disagree, contact us with the order details. We can review the brief and proof and decide whether the order should be completed, cancelled, or refunded under section 8. That review is a marketplace decision, not a court judgment. It does not stop either party from pursuing a legal claim against the other.
15. Liability
BuzzMi is provided as a marketplace tool. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost followers, or a creator’s or buyer’s failure to perform, and our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid to BuzzMi for that order (or, for a creator, the payout amount for that order that we still hold).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify GOLD9 HERITAGE against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your shoutout, a false profile, or your breach of these terms or of someone else’s rights, except to the extent the claim was caused by our own breach or negligence.
16. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email where that is practical. If you keep using BuzzMi after the update, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using BuzzMi and delete your account.
